Heading back to New York City for a few days of research and development for our new French restaurant (opening Summer 2025). We’ll be wandering, eating, drinking, and soaking up all the vibes and inspo to take back to Sunny San Diego. Sounds like a dreamy trip, and it will be. BUT. It’ll also be 25 degrees.
